Blackrock Geoscience wrote a successful proposal submitted to the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) for exploration in Panama. After two years of exploration, Blackrock Geoscience developed a Comprehensive Technical and Preliminary Economic Feasibility Report based on the results of exploration and temperature gradient drilling.
We worked closely with the local community and government representatives during exploration. Community members were employed at each exploration site, were very supportive of the project and tirelessly guided Blackrock team members through the dense and steep jungle terrain of Panama through periods of intense heat and torrential rain to help us determine our exploration targets. The Mi Ambiente administration and staff were very responsive in facilitating required permits.
